I’m originally from Atlanta, but have been studying and working in New York City for over 10 years. You could say I’m a fashion and retail industry vet with experience in buying, styling, product development, and marketing. I got my start in the Bloomingdale’s buying office, where I bought for apparel and home. Since then, I’ve worked as a freelance wardrobe and prop stylist for the likes of Ralph Lauren and Club Monaco, managed an apparel start up, and consulted for brands on their content strategies. I also have a passion for decor. It’s more of an obsession really. I went back to school to study interior design and dabble in design projects whenever I can. In love with learning and personal growth, I recently got my MBA from NYU and now work at Google in NYC’s meatpacking district.
About Wait, You Need This
After blogging with my sister for two and a half years over at Girls Off Fifth, I launched WYNT to share my own personal style, travels, and love of interiors. My goal is to inspire stylish living and highlight accessible pieces that you’ll want to add to your wardrobe or home. “Wait, you need this” is a phrase that a close friend and I use in that very serious moment when we realize that we pretty much won’t be able to go on living without that certain special something in our closets. You know you’ve been there.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Stay a while and get inspired!
